Corning® Gorilla® Glass Study Program

While Corning does not have a device replacement or repair program and we recommend you contact your device manufacturer directly to explore your warranty options, if you find that your device is not covered under a manufacturer or carrier warranty, our research and development teams do occasionally take noticeably damaged Gorilla Glass devices for testing. If you would like to apply for the program please complete the device acceptance form below and a Corning representative will notify you within seven days if your device is eligible. As an incentive to participate in the program, Corning offers gift cards ranging from $200 up to full replacement value of the device, based on the make, model and study criteria. Corning will not repair or return your device.

Please note that at this time we are only accepting devices from the United States.

Before filling out the form please make sure that your device meets the following criteria:
  >The cover glass is noticeably damaged

  >The device and all its parts are present, this includes all pieces of glass
